  • Estate Data: Residence number, visitor access logs, panic alert logs, and audit logs.
  • Technical Data: IP address, login data, browser type and version, time zone setting, operating system.

We use the data collected to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our application to manage gated access.
  • Authenticate your identity for secure gate entry and code generation.
  • Generate security audits for authorized estate administrators.
  • Respond to emergency "Panic" alerts effectively.
  • Comply with our legal obligations including the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with:

  • Estate Managers & Security Personnel: Required for the functional performance of the app (verifying active visitor codes, resident logs).
  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors that provide IT and system administration services.
  • Law Enforcement: Where legally mandated to do so.

Retention policies vary based on the subscription tier of your estate (Basic, Elite, Pro, Premium).
